About

This is an undergraduate specialized  course in Allied Health Science. It is a 3 year Full Time undergraduate course with one year ROTATORY compulsory internship.

​

It  is concerned with :

​

  • Procedures for diagnosis and treatment with the employment of imaging technology (X RAY, ULTRASOUND, CT SCAN, MRI SCAN).

  • This profession requires good technological expertise.

  • Radiographers work in departments which deal with accident and emergency cases, intensive care unit and operation theatre.

  • They are also used in giving treatment to cancer patients.

X­ray Film / Image processing Techniques including Dark Room Techniques.

Contrast & Special Radiography procedures.

Equipments of Advanced  Imaging  Modalities

Modern Imaging Techniques and Recent Trends in Imaging

Quality Control, Radiobiology & Radiation Safety in Radiodiagnosis / Imaging otherthan X­ray related.
